Abstract:

The next generation to enter the workplace will work hard, move fast and embrace change. This interactive workshop will:

  • Provide insight into some of the common values, traits and strengths of the interns and new grads now entering the workplace
  • Help you to understand how your generation can work effectively with this new group
  • Suggest ways to modify your behavior, the work setting and the organization’s culture to allow for the success of ALL generations!

This program is based on the work of the leading expert on research-based generational differences, David Stillman and his Gen Z son, Jonah. Together they wrote the new ground-breaking book Gen Z @ Work, which provides insight and suggestions for leaders to prepare for this next generation to enter the workplace.
