(Tasks/Responsibilities)
Responsible for providing day to day operational leadership identifying, implementing and maintaining all technical requirements and procedures of the PRI Registrar Program to ensure PRI Registrar strategic objectives and accreditation requirements and are met. This position is also responsible for overall subcontractor auditor performance management and ensuring auditor capacity needs are met. PRIMARY DUTIES: • Provide leadership to administrative and audit personnel to deliver high quality of services to all clients in accordance with our operational procedures and objectives. • Lead technical staff to identify, implement and maintain technical requirements/processes while modeling effective behaviors of facilitation, collaboration and partnering through appropriate hiring, disciplinary action, training /development, and performance appraisal processes as well as effectively managing operating budgets through appropriate planning and monitoring processes. • Ensure ANAB office and witness audits are planned, organize annual events such as Management Review, Advisory Panel, Internal Audit, and Auditor training.
Skill Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • Bachelor's degree. • 5 years manufacturing, quality management, business management experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 experience preferred. • Successful completion of a 36-hour Quality System Lead Assessor training class preferred. • Five years experience managing the documentation, internal audit, management review and other related system requirements of an ISO 9000 registered company. • Experience managing exempt and / or non-exempt employees and budgets of $7M or more. • Ability to operate a Computer, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education Requirements:
PHYSICAL/MENTAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POSITION & ENVIRONMENT FACTORS OF THE WORKPLACE: • Able to travel at least 25% of the time. • Ability to read/review documents. • Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk. • Standard office environment.
